SHIPPING YOUR WILLOW AND WILDE ORDER

Willow and Wilde purchases are made in GBP and all prices quoted on this website do not include shipping or any applicable international customs charges.

Once your order has been shipped you will be sent a shipment confirmation email with your tracking details.

All dresses and separates are made to order, sent via a tracked delivery service and should be received within 4-6 months. Please remember that this is an estimation only and may not take into consideration weekends, public holidays and unforeseen transit delays.

Rush orders are possible on some items with an additional charge and subject to availability.

Accessory orders will be shipped in 3-5 working days if in stock. Any custom orders may take longer, please contact us to discuss further.

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND IMPORT CHARGES

We play by the rules. Every time we ship items overseas, we are required by law to declare the full amount of the invoice and the entire contents of the parcel on the customs declaration form and the accompanying invoice.

If your country requires import tax to be paid our shipping provider, or your country’s customs office will contact you to advise you of the required payment.

Your order may be held at customs until this import tax is paid.

Willow and Wilde is not responsible for the payment of customs tax, and cannot accept returns due to high import taxes being charged. If you are concerned about what customs taxes and duties may be payable on your order, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for further information prior to placing your order. We are not able to provide any advice as to what import tax may be applicable in your country.

POSTAGE DELAYS

All delivery times are provided as estimates only. Willow and Wilde is not responsible for any delays caused or incurred by delivery services or international customs clearance processes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ACCESSORIES (EXCLUDING EARRINGS)

For online and in-store orders you may exchange or return your accessories (excluding toppers and earrings) within 7 days of receipt, after contacting us at caroline@willowandwildebridal.co.uk Please ensure your unworn item is carefully packaged in its original packaging (as Willow and Wilde cannot accept responsibility for accessories damaged in transit).

Please remember that, for changes of mind, you will be responsible for the postage and customs charges (if applicable) on both the return and replacement item(s). Please allow 7 business days for the processing and shipment of your exchange.

If you believe that your accessory is faulty, or is not correct to your order, please follow the procedure outlined below.

EARRINGS

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer any exchange or return on earrings for change of mind.

All Anna Campbell earrings come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing faults, but will not cover damage caused by careless handling or general wear and tear. We will replace or repair your damaged earrings at our discretion. If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us.

DRESSES AND BRIDAL SEPARATES

Our Dresses and Bridal Separates are made to order for each one of our brides, and our selected designers begin creating your pieces as soon as your order is placed. Due to the handmade and hand-embellished nature of the pieces, we cannot accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders purchased through the shop or online.

We do recommend brides take careful consideration when purchasing, so we are happy to meet with you multiple times to choose your sizing and styling with confidence!

HAVE YOU FOUND A FAULT?

Willow and Wilde and the designers we work with carefully quality controls each and every accessory and dress at every stage of the process before it is shipped to you.

For online orders, we will happily accept the return of gowns and accessories for replacement or repair in the unlikely case of minor faults, or if the item is not correct to the size, style, and colour chosen by you at the time of ordering.

A refund will only be offered in cases of major faults, the existence of which will be determined at our discretion, after a thorough assessment of your item.

If you believe that your item contains a fault, or is not what you ordered, please reach out to us directly and we will work to ensure the issue is resolved asap with very little stress.

Please note that natural flaws in the silk and slight abnormalities in the laces, embellishments (including one or two beads loose), or a slight inconsistency in the weave or colour of the fabrics will not be considered a fault. These variations are consistent with the individuality of hand-made gowns, and in fact make your dress 100% unique to you!

If we have made a mistake, or the item is assessed as faulty, we will replace or repair your item and reimburse your return freight charges. Postage for your replacement item will not be charged.

If, after inspection, the dress passes our quality control checks, you will not be offered any replacement, repair or refund and we will return the dress or accessory to you.

A few things to remember…

  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, replacement or repair, all items must be returned in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • All tags must remain in place and the items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Willow and Wilde reserves the right to refuse a repair, replacement or refund if you do not notify us of the fault or issue within 7 days of receipt, and/or do not return the item upon request to us within 14 days. This does not affect any statutory rights that may arise.
  • Willow and Wilde cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of the returned goods during shipping.
